I hastily commented yesterday because I was late for work, I have more time today and wanted to say that this is really skillfully done. I find women hard to do and you did it well. Great pose very nice composition and render looks like top row to me.
Great job once again Lunar, she is a tough chick.
As for recording time lapse videos, that would be great to see your workflow.
To get a smooth quality, make your canvas Double the size you actually want.
Then work with AA Half on, and export with no compression (24 FPS is usually fine).
The file will be BIG, so keep that in mind when setting your canvas size (experiment a bit).
If you half the resolution using any Video Editing software, the file size shrinks drastically.
This is one way to get really smooth Anti-Aliased time lapse videos (if you have video software).
I usually use Quicktime for my video format, it has nice compression variations.
Keep in mind this workflow is only for High Quality videos of non-rendered recordings.
Shadows can be adjusted under Render>Preview Shadows (instead of rendering).
Also, don’t forget to turn on “OnMouse” (Movie>Modifiers) so it only records your work.

Hope some of this helps. I can’t wait to check out your videos.

Nice!
Voodoodad: Thanks! The background and smoke was painted in PS. I used the Lightcap environment as a base and worked up the smoke in layers, then I added the lights and did a colour pass over the top to bring it together. Hope this helps.
Nice one Joe Black!! Thats very helpful stuff, I shall give it a bash asap. Cheers!
Cheers for the kind words and feedback peeps! Appreciate it muchly!
Fantastic piece! Love composition. Congrats!
Well done man! It looks like they ran out off chips and are playing for bullets. Awesome atmosphere! She’s definitely a secret Nazi weapon of mass distraction.
