Here’s something I did for the Bath Childrens’ Literary Festival. The organisers invite illustrators to present an artwork for auction, featuring their characters sitting on the festival’s red chair. This was my take on it.

Stoker appears in my book Time of Blood. When researching him, I found there weren’t a lot of photographs in existence, and what there is are mainly from the early 1900s. I wanted a likeness from 1890, at an age between these two images.
