This is very handy, please keep up the great work. As others have mentioned thank you for the scan of the skull! Do you plan on doing any other bones? I could see an intact sacro-illiac hip scan being super useful for study and cross checking.
Hi Figment,
Yes, we’d be interested in scanning more bones maybe even up to a full skeleton or at least some larger areas like you have suggested. We just need to source a good enough cast one [that doesn’t cost a fortune!].
Cheers,
Chris
Hi,
So we’ve upgraded our scanning system and can now capture split second poses in full colour.
Check out the following examples now available on the www.3dscanstore.com
We’ve decided to break down the assets in Basic/Colour/Pro packages offering varying prices for content.
From the basic 750k grey scan to a full colour ZRemeshed ZTL including all the bells and whistles!
Hope you enjoy!
Cheers,
Chris
Great scans,thanks:)
Hello,
We’ve been busy again on some exciting commercial projects… but we’re back with some new hand/glove scans.
More to come in the near future. Female and Male… gloved and ungloved.
Each hand is 750k. Provided in OBJ format with a massive 10k colour map.
More varieties, pictures and info here
All the best,
Chris
We’re debating whether to add these to the 3dscanstore… just gauging interest in these ‘anatomy’ focussed type scans? Maybe even desktop 3d prints?
Any opinions?
Cheers,
Chris
I woud be much more than happy to get them
nice work guys
3d print? interesting if the price is right
incredible new stuff,thanks for sharing
Small scale desktop 3D print could be awesome !
I like them.
Really cool stuff! Always helpful for mesh deformation and morphing!
Awesome! Always good to read the thread before posting. LoL. I was about to rave that these were the best cloth sculpts I had ever seen
Ha ha, no I’m afraid we are cheating somewhat
Amazing, they are perfect references for anatomy and for clothing.
Hey Guys
I thought I would share some pics from our latest 3D scanning project for the BBC, We did all the scans on set at the Chepstow sound stage, which was a pretty awesome experience. The prosthetics were done by the hugely talented Mark Coulier http://www.couliercreatures.com/
There is loads more info and images on our website
