If the problem is the web site not being able to find any licenses associated with your account, I’m afraid you’ll have to contact support so they can get you sorted. If 2018 is working for you, you should be able to see the license for that, assuming you’re logged in on the correct account of course.

I’ve already submitted a ticket. Funny that having a serial number is not enough proof.

Can you see your existing licenses when logging into the My Licenses page outside of the installation process?

No. Says I have no purchases or license. Reactivating 2018 did see the license however. Someone else posted this problem so I’m not the only one. I’ve had a license since ZBrush 2 and I have all of the documentation so I’m confident this issue will be resolved. Like I said earlier I’m glad I have 2018 working again because I have a job coming up.

Have you heard anything back from them jaystein777? I’m in the same boat.

Just got the robo ticket confirmation. It will take a few days I’m sure. Have you tried reactivating your 2018 lic?

I got 2018 working. Glad its not just me. I sent it yesterday. Kind of stinks seeing all these 2019 art posts and can’t even download it. I got a game with NPR and this version would surely help me. I’ve been with them since 4.0

I hate to say it but these kind of issues sre common with Pixologic. Just have to be patient.

Then it’s your turn :wink: At least it happened middle of the week and not right before the weekend, like my problems always do. And at least you can find out there’s a problem on the same day of release, unlike the past where activation links would go out in staggered batches over a week or longer. I was always on the wrong end of those.

Sorry. Just offering what consolation I can, though I doubt it makes you feel any better. DRM systems suck (90% of any activation problems, and 100% of the statistics I just made up for this sentence).

Well I’ve been using ZBrush forclose to 17 years and there have been plenty of botched releses and other issues such as ours. They’ll get fixed.

So, I got to download it and now working inside ZBrush 2019. I was actually more worried about what happened to my license and purchased ZBrush.

[FONT=arial]The Pixologic ID system allows multiple email addresses for logging in, but only the first email address in the list is actually passed on to our other systems. This means that even though you used the new address to log in, if the old address is first in the list then that is what is being given to My Licenses.

Please log into Support at https://support.pixologic.com[FONT=arial] and click the Pixologic ID button. If you have more than one email address listed, delete the extra email address(es) and replace the first one with what your licenses are actually registered under.

Once you have done that, go to My Licenses and log out. Then log back in using the correct address. You should now see your license.

For me its the same email I use to get in Support Center. I also logged out both Support Center and My Licenses, cleaned my history browser, closed all other browsers. Restarted Google chrome (recommend are Google chrome or Edge)

Tried everything. There is some confusion about my email. I’m going to have to escalate the support ticket. Something isn’t lining up. Iwas able to get the installer from a colleague and I activated 2019. So somewhwere the lic server has my serial number, but something is still definitely wrong.

It was the Cookie Monster. It turns out I have two Pixologic support accounts for some reason, one with my hotmail and the other with my gmail. How did that happen? I don’t know but I logged in on my 3D printing computer and everything is as it should be. Damn that was driving me crazy.

Im having trouble downloading the 2019 upgrade. saying error copying file. been trying to figure out what this error is.error.png

Did you disable Windows Defender (or any other antivirus software) before starting the download? WD is especially bad about corrupting the installer as it downloads. That’s why the instructions said to disable it before starting the download and leaving it disabled until you have completed activation. Please disable it and try downloading again. The copy that you have already downloaded should be trashed as it will never work.
