No need to copy the link, just press the Order CD link in your cleverbridge mail.
Then instead of confirming your order for the CD follow the 5th step hmphhh wrote.

try again, go, I had a failure the first time but worked the second.
Just an update: We and Cleverbridge are continuing to work on this. Those of you who have been affected by this error should receive emails with your serial numbers over the coming hours.
There is a chance that once you receive the serial number you will get an email mis-match error when activating. IF that happens, please submit a support ticket to let us know. Include your serial number and reference number in the ticket so that we can resolve the issue.
This is ONLY if you do a web activation and get the message that your email address does not match. If you do a web activation and get any other error message, just keep trying with a new web activation about once every five minutes.

UPDATE: I was able to register for a support account after trying a couple more times. Ticket Opened…
I got an email with an actual serial number and then hit the email mismatch issue… Aurick says the next step is to create a support ticket but I am unable to do that. When I try to register for a support account I get a mysql error… I never needed support in zbrush 2-3.2 so I don’t have a support account. Is this db issue known?

got the serial number this afternoon. rushed home after work to use it. same error message as everyone else. submitted ticket and tried e-mail registration too.
is this mainly a mac osx issue or did it happen to the windows users too?
