Exact same thing happened to me this morning - downloaded just fine, but no SN on the resulting page or registration email
I can confirm that I had the same problem. I sent an email to Cleverbridge since this issue is likely on their side of the fence.

Yup - ditto - nothing to do really but send an email to support and pretend it never arrived in the first place; I guess there’s quite a big queue there by now… :rolleyes:
me too … did you end up getting it figured out? Or is it a case of join the queue and request it again? … lucky I’ve got too much other work to do to play with the new zbrush right now! Or I’d be staring at the screen with tears in my eyes Specially since 3.5 never happened for mac, I’ve been using 3.12 and not very often because of it.
Yep, mailed Cleverbridge as soon as I saw the error - brilliant software, not so hot delivery. Oh well, not the end of the world. They have always made it right for me in the past.
This means that Cleverbridge’s system was unable to get a serial number to send to you. They normally try again every half hour or so until it works, at which point you’ll get a new email that does have your serial number.
If you do not get that email within four hours, please contact Cleverbridge directly at [email protected]. Their phone number is also on their site. If you give then your cleverbridge reference number they can have the server put the request through again.
Pixologic Support cannot assist with this particular issue.
Same problem here, I sent an email to cleverbridge this morning (about 9 hours ago) but there is no response… Hope it´s simply they are in a different timezone…

We apologize any inconvenience you may be experiencing from the delay of your
software license.
Unfortunately, there has been some technical difficulty in the software
manufacturers ability to create license keys for multiple orders.
This is a known issue and cleverbridge is currently working with Pixologic to
resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns about your order.
Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

multiple orders? Do you have more than one license or do they mean too many people trying to get serial numbers all together?

Saw the email for Zbrush 4 upgrade and went through the process. I got the cleverbridge number but no download, with that same error message.
“There has been a problem while processing your delivery. We are already working on this technical issue and may be waiting for information from the software publisher, which may cause short delay. At the latest, this should be solved within 1-2 workdays, although it is generally much less. We will contact you immediately via e-mail upon resolving the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.”
I have similar error, the message is different.
is it the same issue = same solve (wait for 4 hours) or should I contact Cleverbridge right away?
For that error, I would. It can’t hurt.
Same deal, no love from Cleverbridge.
Just wanted to add my name to the list of people with this issue. I have contacted Cleverbridge (a few hours ago) and haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully they can resolve this soon.

just wondering if it’s worth doing the email activation rather than web? I didn’t get my serial number originally so not sure if they need that to activate?.. they didn’t reply to my support email yet but i’d imagine there’s lots of people trying to do the same.
I was hoping that I could use my original serial from when I originally bought zbrush since that’s all i’ve needed for all of the other upgrades over the years, but that doesn’t seem to work.
oh well, no rush, just excited to see what’s happened since 3.2!
