Wow this is so life like it’s incredible!! I’m gathering you used ZBrush for the initial modeling/sculpting then brought it into maya for the final rendering etc. is that correct? What did you render it with?

As I mentioned before Sylvia was rendered by mentalray in maya2013.
in zbrush, U can export all fibers to maya EP curve by maya ascii format.(.ma) and then, It is possible to attach maya hair system to EP curves from zbrush.
Wow I never knew it was possible to get such realistic renders out of Mental Ray!! If you ever have extra time on your hands I’d love to know how you did it if you feel like making a tutorial!
The sweater is very good. Hair is also very good, but did not understand how to deal with alpha
