WOW. You got that down with that hair! I only get complete garbage out of the fiber stuff. I guess I should invest some Saturday morning working with it.
Super Monkey!
LemonNado
Funky monkey!
The last furry thing’s amazing Great job, Baz…How did you get the fiber to be this good?
Bas,
you forget…never monkey with another monkey’s monkey …that’s the look you see before they attack and…well …you’ll see.
The last monkey I made, I tried to do it fast. It did! I used a plane with a mirrored picture of a monkey. Yes, I can make a full 3d head, but when you only need a model one time in an illustration, it’s better and more fast to do it this way.
Have Fun!
my contribution.

Ehh, trovato i spazzoli di PhotoShop. Bella testa!
     Simply GREAT…

If you wanna take a look to my work…I’d appreciate it.
I know that the post wasn’t for me but i have to reply 'cause it made me laugh a lot… Bas did you use an automatic translator? …because “spazzoli” is a word that doesn’t exist!! if you meant “brushes”, the italian for it is “pennelli”…
however “spazzoli” sound really cool…
Hahaha, I found it in a translationprogram and it was strange for me too. Pennelli is the word my brains did not came up with. Hmm, I miss the nice Italian food of my friends there I made some more mistakes there, when I was talking about my haircut, I used the word Capello or something and they all had to smile…
Funny that this comes up. Yesterday a spanish speaking friend dropped by and I showed him some pictures on ZBCentral. All of a sudden he started laughing and told me that I called Saltapiedras a Hovercraftsmall_orange_diamond

… Well… there we go. Someone is messing with the dictionaries…
LemonNado
well, Bas, you were not so wrong with capello… “capello” means one single hair of the head; if you mean “hair” as all the fur you have on your head you should say “capelli” but it’s only a difference of one letter… not such a big error…
example: my hair is brown i miei capelli sono marroni
and tomorrow, lesson II: Italian greetings
sorry i’m going out of topic…
but just one last thing about online translators: i tried two ones and both said that “capello” in English is “hat” (the Italian for hat is cappello… with two P!!! hahaha and surely the wonders of the online translators won’t stop here…)
the thread that wouldn’t die!!!
Still having fun with this technique, Bas…modeled this head when I came home tonight from a bi-weekly wine fest we have here during the warm months…two left in October…they call it jazz on the lawn…about 1K people show up for live music outside at the winery here…Beechaven…and we have a nice picnic style supper …pretty fun…(there I go again rambling)…ps. fishing Sunday but at any rate… modeled this head when I came home and play with my face texture on it…going to add hair at some point and he will become the person to answer the question in my other thread, “who peed in my rice”…this guy obviously did it…have a great weekend Bas and gang…

edit…
just thought of it…reminds me of the father from the tv show here…That 70’s Show…Red Foreman?
looking forward to the “who peed in my rice” composition! should prove both funny and cool.
