Made a photo of my nice belly button:-) After it I made a plane with the texture on it. I maze a Z-sphere ball with eyes and a mouth and used the clonebrush. After this I painted some wrinkles and shaped the eyes. It is more easy to shape on the right place after puting the texture. So it is a kind of Marcel-method I think. I started this thread with a planar mapping with projectionmaster, but the clonebrush is more easy to texture the sides also.

BTW, I only have just one belly button, so I have to make use of the clonebrush :slight_smile:

lol…Bas, my belly button is easy to emulate without a photo…3d plane>max rez go into edit mode…draw size 64 zsub set at 100 and drill away :slight_smile: When you can see Z-lint in the center you will know you are deep enough :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

ps. will have something up before I go to bed tonight probably…still having fun with this…some of my local friends here in the city howled when they saw what you did LOL…:smiley:

well I went back and redid the hair using the Bas method as linked earlier…thnx Bas…doesnt look like me but made for a funny character to me…thnx again and hopefully I will be able to add more to this thread…you are da’ man:+1: :sunglasses: :+1:

New York, if you set up all your UVs well then you have your texture flipped. Go to the photoshop and flip it there.

haha Ron those remind me of that poor monkey from one of the first 3 Faces of Death videos. Put him in a middle of a table with some of your other groovy ghoulies around it with big spoons in their hands and I will have a cool new wall paper!!!:smiley:
