I just install the prog and re launch my computer as it’s said
and all was block : just the 'mode sans echec" permited 
Any previous restoration system works 
So reformat the system was neccessary!
Of course just before the install all works fine so I am obliged to believe that it’s this installation of this nasa prog who makes the disaster!
