One thing though about the latest image, I think the stubbles look a bit to big, maybe make them smaller?

Some stuff i’d fix
The bottom of his nose should transition to the face much smoother. It’s incorrect now and pretty distracting.
The end of his bottom lip and the end of his mouth seem to be in 2 different places. the lip should end where the mouth ends. Right now the lip ends but then his mouth line continues downward way beyond where his lip ends.
The line going up the side of his brow is a little weird too.

African? Really? Dude, this is some alien-tribal-egghead you got going… I don’t think you do yourself a favor by entitling your bust as such, nor in taking such artistic license (unjustified) - try using references next time…
and one last thing, this may be just my pet-peeve, but minor tweaks shouldn’t really qualify as updates, try and wow us with something you sweated out, spare us the ‘here’s another shot from another angle with another shader tweak’ sort of posts… sorry if that was harsh, but you’re getting too many replies going ‘cool’ for your own good… good luck, -g
