Its unreliable, but just keep trying and quit and restart it, there’s something weird about how it deals with whatever is on the other end of its network that causes it to hang. Also get SnapSeed, the two of them together are quite remarkable.
I think of SnapSeed as a tool, and Prisma more as a useful and fun toy.
There are not enough PolyGroups available in a finite universe.
