Hi everybody!
I´m one of the less german Z-brush-Users, just started with this programm a few weeks ago. I´m still learning but I am able to do the first steps to create an artwork.
Here I upload one of my very first works. It´s not finished. There are too much things I still don´t know about Z-Brush. Just have to find it out.

That´s my job. I design artworks for print-media. Mostly for shirts but even for posters, cd-covers and so on. I usually did it in oil on real canvas or/and with photoshop. A few weeks ago an accident brought me to Zbrush. It´s marvelous. The perfekt tool which I search since a long time.
But I only know 5% of the possibilities I have now. Hope I find out the rest very soon.

Here I upload one of my new works. Fast overworked in PS. I´m not so happy with it, have absolute no idea about the background and what to do next with the figurine. I´m also not happy with the lightning.
But well, it was a very good lesson for me. Would be very thankfull for any critics or comments.

My Shirts are printed in Offset, somewhere in Spain. I “only” deliver the artworks, have nothing to do with the later production.

Funny! Just a few minutes ago I commented your work at www.Zbrush.de 
There seems to be never somebody online and I was really glad to see some new work.
6weeks ago I asked the developer of the german Zbrush page for a little update. I was deeply shocked about the fact that there´s still a Zbrush2 commercial.:eek:
But this person doesn´t care. I got no reply so far. It´s kind of sad that we don´t have a nice german homepage.
Anyhow – back to your model.
Looks very good. I especially love the folds of his clothing.
If I may offer a little critique: It would look better in my opinion if the blade of the scythe would be sharp.
Other than that – great work.
PS: mabye…erm…don´t know how to say it in english…
Die Alpha-Muster auf dem Pedestal… haben die etwas bestimmtes zu bedeuten?
Wenn nicht --ich meine es sieht nicht schlecht aus-- aber vielleicht findest Du noch etwas, das besser zu dem Modell passt.
Totenköpfe oder Kreuze maybe? Oder aber einfach paar Risse damit es aussieht als wäre es aus Stein. Das würde auch cool aussehen und nicht vom Modell ablenken.
Wiegesagt, ist nur meine Meinung und ich bin noch ein Neuling.

I made the same experiences with the german z-brush-site. There is one user who helped me a lot. But all the rest seems to be off.

PS: Die Base ist “nur so”, habe mir einen Alpha-brush genommen und die Deko drauf gemacht. Hat keinen tieferen Sinn. Ich möchte mit der Figur ein 2D Bild machen. Hab nur noch keine Idee wegen Hintergrund. Die Base ist daher nur provisorisch.
Yes that´s right there are a few people on zbrush.de who try to help others out but due to the fact the site is not up to date they aren´t online very often.
As I found Zbrush on youtube I tried to get more infos in german and it was really hard with this outdatet page.
Hopefully the zbrush.de admins will do something in the future. Would be cool!
Back to your base : ok I understand – it´s just a placeholder.
