This is a scanline render in max. All meshes are realtime.
Here is a White Rhino that I completed in about 9 hours. I used fiber mesh for the hair and grass. This image is the product of video tutorials I did for my students for my digital sculpting class next fall.

Made some progress today. Put the base mesh together and began sculpting. This is after about 6 hours or so. I still need to add hair. Not sure if the gloves look too big. Thanks for looking!

Made another attempt at this angel character. Composited multiple matcaps in Photoshop and added some additional details and polypaint.
