Very impressive stuff. The planer brushes and noise are great ideas and continue to put ZB ahead of any other product out there. I can’t wait to get my hands on Zsphere II tech.

Wow amazing new features!
While all of this is fantastic…i still wish they have features like channel painting so i don’t have to use bodypaint or Mudbox. But I am anxiously awaiting for 3.5
Did anyone else notice that the ZSphere model DID NOT look skinned when he began using the planar brushes??? Can you use them ON ZSpheres??? Am I seeing things???
Amazing. Great work guys.
Im wondering the same thing myself.
Is it just for display/modeling purposes? Or will the color be transfered over to the skinned mesh?
No, I mean it looked like he used the planar (hard surface) sculpting brushes on the Zspheres without making a mesh. He did change the material, but the sphere chains were in tact when he began demonstrating hard surface sculpting. I have yet to see the chains stay visible in any other skinning demonstration.
However, the color information definitely looks transferrable to the skinned mesh, which is just awesome!
