Well, yes. There’s supposed to be. Friday. Today is indeed Friday, last time I looked.
Maybe everyone at Pixo took the day off so they could have a 4-day weekend.

well it’ll be either the last seconds of friday or they have really gone out of their way to push mac users out of the picture for zbrush…now i’'ve been pretty tollerant of their recent non communication but siggraph was really disapointing and then last friday…was a no show and then this friday too???

Pixologic has 9 to 5 hours. That much I do know.
And that’s about 2 hours and fifteen minutes from now.
just a quick question …i know they’re based in the usa…but i’m hoping they are NOT based on a pacific island…or nr the international datline otherwise this will be a VERY long friday!
it’s only ~3pm Friday where Pixo lives. when they released 3.0 for pc it was probably around 8pm their time… so i wouldn’t get too anxious.

I mean it’s an announcement. Words on paper or even better in this occasion, not even paper.
That justifies my belief that we won’t be getting any sort of program by the end of the year. Maybe by the end of next year or the year after???

Usually when you have a deadline especially for such a simple one you have it done hours and usually a day (and sometimes days) ago. I don’t think they wait 2 hours before closing time to compose their announcement…
Exactly. They aren’t just now sitting around the office trying to put something together at the last minute.
Then everyone in power has to read it, and make changes, etc., etc., until everyone’s satisfied that it’s ‘proper’.
