Mac OS X 3.12 Upgrade Support Center - Read Initial Post Before Posting

For the requests that were sent to [email protected] before 4:00 pm (Pacific Time): You should receive your upgrade overnight.

For any requests sent after 4:00 pm: They won’t be able to be processed until tomorrow, and will then be sent tomorrow night.

that is awesome!

That means I can wake up to a day filled with z3 goodness.

I hope pixologic recognizes the amount of work you have done during this release cycle, from helping here in the forums to responding to emails, to helping keep things as smooth as you possibly could.

I don’t know if anyone hasn’t noticed yet, but apparently all the upgrade links have now been sent. See the link posted by Morbius several posts up, under Upgrade Issues. Hopefully this helps someone.

Dang. I bought from Cleverbridge back in May 2007, and I got nothing.

Okay, I sent off my email to support. Unfortunately, me being on the other side of the world means that they didn’t get it until Thursday evening their time, which means I have to wait at least another whole day. (unless someone is up working late? Wishful thinking…)

Uuuh… I don’t HAVE anything to email anywhere. Back when I originally filled in the form, I got an email from Pixo saying they had received it, but that’s ALL I’ve ever got.

I think it just means that all of the links have been sent out for those in the cleverbridge system as aurick stated earlier.

I should have been part of that group, but like many others never got the email. Aurick then said that anyone who resent their info to the support email for manual reprocessing should receieve the upgrade email overnight.

When he said everything had been sent out that was sent to the support email he meant that he had sent all the info out that he received to be reprocessed manually, not that all of the manual links had been sent out.

Hopefully we will have ZBrush when we wake up tomorrow morning. :slight_smile:

Yep.

I guess my registration got lost in the shuffle somewhere. Just my freakin’ luck. Never got anything from them except a confirmation that they had received it, and nothing since.

Anyway, I just re-sent all the info they requested AGAIN.

Maybe I’ll get it by next bloody week sometime. :cry:

The online Help (Help button in title bar), invokes the old v.2 Help. The Help scripts don’t work. Will that be updated? No web links work either.

In the PC version it would direct you to the Wiki, on the web or launch the browser and the local Help system.

Can we install the local Help system from our PC installs into our Mac installs?

The vast majority of users received their upgrade link within the first 24 hours. However, many people for one reason or other did not receive their link. This is why it then asks you to email [email protected] if you didn’t receive your upgrade link.

Anyone who then emailed their info because they had not received their link was processed during the day today, with a cut off at 4:00 pm (Pacific time) to be included in tonight’s batch.

Anyone who emails between now and tomorrow at 4:00 pm will be included in the following night’s batch. You don’t need to email again if you already emailed the Mac3Support address today.
