by the time i can get in and sculpt in z3, i think i will be to excited to even do anything lol
my wacom will look like it was in a deep battle, and will likely suffer wrist injuries that further prevent me from using z3 for a few days!
You have to admit it’s a shame when, in 2008, they can’t provide a download link to some software. I’ve been purchasing all my software online for years now, I honestly don’t remember what the last software was I got a CD/DVD for… this stuff is no mystery by now.
It’d be like calling a hotel for a reservation and finding out “we’ll have internet any day now!” You’d wonder how they ever managed to not have something so basic.
Same case here… provide link, user downloads, all is well. Except… cleverbridge isn’t that clever.

but did you have to reduce it THAT much? I think a 900 or 1000px width would have been sufficient.

Jthair from what I can discern in the screenshot there is indeed no ZMapper button… so it’s probably true that there will be no Multi Displacement, ZMapper and ZApplink in this version, but then why is it called 3.12 if it’s a lesser version than 3.1 for windows ?

I would assume after they resolve the problem in general and resend those emails from the first wave. No need in sending out multiple waves of faulty links. Hope I’m wrong.

And also the reposting to the people who’se registration has already failed? I havent received my update yet but understand the predicament pixo are in, especially considering the community it just happened to happen to
Seem to have a similar issue, no activation etc, apparently I have used all my activations, like I wish!!!
Is there any news on when the trial version will be made available? Obviously the concerns of the paying customers have to be addressed first, and the activation system needs to be taken care of before they can start dedicating resources to anything else, so I understand if it’s not available for a while. Any information would be appreciated though!

So with this info, let me see if I have it right.
I got the original email.
I filled out my info.
It came back with the “difficulty” response.
I received a cleverbridge reference number.
I then received a cleverbridge email with the reference number
but the download link is not there because of the “difficulty”
Now you are saying I need to forward this email to [email protected]
so they can reset my account so I can get the download email again
with maybe now actually has a download link.
So real question, I FWD the dead download email back to cleverbridge, is this correct?, or am I suppose to go through the process again like its says to do every 15 minutes.
I can’t believe how much personal time I’ve spent of something I’ve purchased so long ago to actually get it.
I can’t wait until i try to activate my software. I’ll bet that will be fun too.
All of this and I got to pay for this a year ago.
