I have now attempted an email activation and placed your email in so I am waiting for the next stage.
I filled out the form and got a confirmation on the 2nd of September. I never got a case number so I had my girlfriend call Pixologic yesterday while I was at work. They sent me a reference number after that but still nothing from cleverbridge. I read the post that Aurick updated and sent out an email for a manually processed request.
My email that was used to purchase Zbrush was a Gmail account and their spam settings are not as crazy as Yahoo or anything like that. Iāve been using Apple Mail to download from my Gmail account so I have to check two spam folders. I canāt find anything from cleverbridge in my spam folders.

Itās all coming back to me from my 2.0 daysā¦getting a new installation of ZBrush running was always a pain in the butt. 
I donāt suppose yāallād ever consider just using a regular old serial number instead of all this cursed activation stuff? Or do it like Cinema 4D where you get a temporary serial until they have your registration details, then they send you the permanent serial number, so they at least know whoās distributing their numbers, whatever good that does them. As it stands, I see two categories of people whoād want a crack: the cheap people who donāt want to pay, and the people who paid but then want to throttle whoever thought up the hoops they make us jump through to get it functioning.
Anyway, thereās gotta be a better way than this. If itās the threat to your cash flow youāre worried about you could always charge for upgradesā¦ :rolleyes:
If you do get a download link donāt bank on getting it activated after install I am on my 4th attempt and it still tells me I have the wrong email.
I only have one email for goodness sake but there you go.
And before you tell me aurick to send an email activation to you I have already done that. and all I got back was an email to say that web activation has now been sorted for me, Trouble is it still doesnāt work.

Like I said earlier itās probably easier to get a pirated version working that what you paid for.

Iām installed and loving the 3d brushes. But I canāt figure out how to get my polypaint into the texture pallete to export. It only appears in the texture map. I went through the polypainting tutorial but the interface seems to be different. I have no tool>texture option, just tool>texture map. Is there any mac specific documentation?
Yikes I have plenty of ram and disk space on my MacBookPro. Zbrush freezes every time I try to pick up a projection or hit texture/color with uvtile mapping. Iām going back to Zbrush2 to do my texture bakes for now unless I can get any information. Still canāt get any modified texture into the texture pallette to export. Is this a bug?
I also sent out an email to [email protected] after Aurickās post about all of the emails having gone out. My email was sent @ around 11am PST.

Hi. Just wanted to express my gratitude and let others know that I sent an email around noon to Pixologic ([email protected]) regarding the activation I did not receive, and less than 2 hours later, Iām installed and ready to roll with ZBrush on MacOSX!!!

So, I use Apples mail app linked up to my gmail, and never even see any of the spam I get, didnāt even know about it! Of course, per instruction, Iāve taken a look. WOW, spam is completely insane, perverted, and very dedicated to increasing the size of my gear! Ironically, the very first message reads, and I quote, āWould you like to be a sculptor of your own peniā¦?ā Can I use ZBrush? Maybe thatās a new feature in 3.12, and that message is actually the download link! Mudbox wouldnāt stand a chance then! :lol:
Yeah it is a little annoying what ends up tagged as SPAM sometimes. I made a post on Craigslist to paint portraits of people and their responses ended up in my APPLE MAIL spam folder. I sent out many apologies to potential customers because they had sent me a message months ago when I made the posting but I never replied because I just figured that it was an unsuccessful campaign.
I donāt even know how to turn off spam for gmail but I do know how for Yahoo. Yahooās spam filter can be the worst from my experience.
I set up a filter in my gmail account explicitly for pixologic/cleverbridge emails. Anything from those two domains gets tagged and marked as āVIPā.
2 hours huh? That must be nice . . . Iām going on 5 hours and I still have no reply whatsoever.

how long does the process take from sending the email to getting a response?
I only check my email via the web interface, as such, i can see if there are any new spam messages, and there are not.
nor any new regular messages.
I know you will be closing soon, within an hour or so, so I would like to know.

Every time Mail dings I get all excited but still no download link. Must be soon though, seems less and less people are posting saying they still need it. Any day nowā¦
so is it a gmail problem? Iāve checked my spam and trash. The only folders with anything in them are my inbox, sent mail and all mail folders
