Kung-fu

Here is the latest personal model i’m doing. It still very very WIP.
The point here is anatomy, gesture, and get rid of the simmetry. Started with a already posed zsphere basemesh, so no simmetry from scretch.
Hope you guys like it and keep following the progress.

amazing work, very alive! I especially like how despite the detailed anatomy it somehow has a fluid feel to it, like being in motion.

Great sculpt, i like!

Fantastic, very fluid pose…

Very Nice work man, specially with hands and pose…btw is this a zbrush material!?

Cheers!

Nice, but there is no such a pose in Kung-Fu. Foot should not touch the other leg, and should be pointed.
Also the 1, 2 and 3rd fingers of his left hand should be bended in 2st and 3nd joint, 4th finger should be bended a little in 2nd and 3rd joint. Thumb bended a little in last joint.
The leg on the ground should be more bended in the knee joint.

I trained Kung-Fu and that how we did this.

Also his body suggest that he is rather a physical worker or something - not a kung-fu master or Shaolin monk, very thick legs and arms, too little of muscles and tendons, and in all - guy is too flabby.

Regards.

He doesn’t look balanced well in the rear pic to me. Otherwise it’s very nice.

for me he looks fantastic!

Great work! Its got a very lifelike feel to it.:+1:

Cheers!
