Wow awesome design! keep it up!
oh man, saw thsi akready on your da, but i will say here again, great work
the whole design is really fresh, only thing you could do is push for smaller detail on the folds and define the ones around her crotch and legs, but i guess you had a time limit to finish thsi one ;]
Awesome sculpt! The elongated forms make the concentrated high detail areas pop. The face is great and I love the mask.
The suit reminds me of Trevor Claxton’s ‘Baby Cakes’ concept. Great stuff.
Amazing, I find a lot of models a little bit repetitive, but this model is beautiful.
I don’t know why but I love it a lot, thank you for sharing because
now I feel like I need to emulate the feeling I get from looking at your work
Thanks for the feedback!
slocik, I think you are right. I wanted to have it feel a lot thicker, but adding more information to the wrinkles and their form would have helped it pop for sure.
dingle001 - I totally see what your saying regarding Babycakes concept, I love that piece! Hopefully not too many similarites?
DAYA - Thank you so much! Glad you enjoy the character
Love it!
This just too cool. Love the character does the have a back story? keep up the awesomeness
the woman robert is great!
no doubt that this will be the top.
only i want to know is that the woman robert contains a lot of subtools?
thanks kurt
this character is awesome …i like it so much i would put it on top row!
Sweet design!!! I like it, keep it up!
Damn fine design! Awesome stuff
Wow, what an amazing character!
The only thing that throws me off is that the mask seems to be completely seperate from the rest of the materials and textures used in the rest of the character though, makes it really stick out a bit.
Hey KP
Great work on that last sculpt.
Thanks for the link to your blog, great info on there.
Cheers
Thanks for the feedback everyone! Just thought I would share some more images here in the forum.
I also added a breakdown of the character below, so you guys can get a hint at the process for the character. You can find a lot more in the magazine though.
I also used a few IMM Curve brushes created by the community, found in the IMM Curve repository thread here on ZBC! Many thanks to those of you who share with all of us!
Here is an example of what you will find on the disk included with the magazine! Two of my custom IMM brushes created specifically for this character. You can easily use the their polygroups to create something unique to your projects, they are pretty versatile!
I wish I could show a lot more, but you’ll just have to pick up a copy of the mag. Also available on iPad as well! Thanks for checking it out everyone, hope you enjoy :]
Very cool as always Kurt!
Can’t wait to get the Mag! =)
Thanks for posting this break down. Your tutorial in the mag is full of valuable info. Thanks very much for the insight.
That’s a real fresh character you got there Kurt!
I love the helmet and I like the pure length of her and the visual rest, sweet design. I have to get that mag now that your on the cover plus your IMMies look really useful.
top drawer fer sure!
I could fall for her !
This is excellent! I love the colors and originality of it all yet mixed with very recognizable things and topped off with sort of a contemporary treatment. I need to get some time when i’m at home to read through the thread. Your work is awesome and this one is just amazing and inspiring.
awesome character! really cool!
