I’m using Lightwave , but i haven’t this results; to much parameter to much time to spend to obtein somethingh decent…

thanks guys – i think i’m just about ready to call him done . here are the latest pics and a turn table. just gonna add some finishing touches and better lighting and that’s that. thanks again for all the helpful comments.

i’m using maya to do the posing.

Did you use mental ray for maya to do the turntable ?
and did you export 16 bit TIFF in 4096*4096 for the displacement map ?

and finally what is the rendering time for a frame in maya ?
