Very cool, but sss radius is too big imo. Looks bit to translucent, but sculpt and textures are superb.

Your original model is Lee Perry Smith’s Free Scaned model,you base on that modify to Johnny Depp ,your model’s neck detail and your last thread’s ear is same as Lee’s model.

You didn’t told other people this info is fine,but your original without texture’s model doesn’t like Jonny Depp IMO.
Maybe you just project a Jonny Depp’s front photo to your model,so the lighting looks strange,and volume doesn’t match to your original model,of caurse this is just my guess.

Actually I have a bit more to say, what’s the point of seeing good finished work, stomping all over it in a public forum, then, giving it a 1 star rating, then editing your original post to sound a bit apologetic? That’s just silly. Where was your critical feedback when he was posting his various stages? Damn I’m actually annoyed at this so I better stop before I write something I shouldn’t.

you do not know have to project some detail use alpha? actuall i make this model myself , and i use those alpha to project high detail .

and for the texture,i put the detail :
