Your personify the term ‘character artist’ in my oppinion, I have this silly list and its very small containing only a few names of the people who I think have earned the title ‘character artist’. Your on that list.

Just wanted to stop in and say hi Maggie. You’re sketchbook really is quite a wonderful log of great work. I’m finally getting around to posting on these forums now that I’ve been using Zbrush for about 2 months or so. Think I’ll start me up a sketchbook too. Seems like a great way to get feedback and keep motivated to put out more work. Anyway, cheers, the HMC was fun, you did fantastically, looks like the votes are quite in your favor for a lot of the categories. Well deserved.

I have been lazy in updating this sketchbook I do have several models in the works so I thought I ought to show you at least one of them Here’s Blizzard’s Kerrigan with some changes [well I dropped what I didn’t like] - something different for a change. Since I needed a monster and a hot chick in my folio she seemed like a perfect choice being both at once. I’m still working on this model - the wings still need sculpting but I already began polypainting the rest this weekend… still quite a bit more to go. Cheers and I hope you’ll like where it’s going.

I saw that this thread had been bumped and so looked at the images across the top to try to guess which one had been posted to it. I clicked on the nicely made girl image and BINGO! Right first time!
Although now I’m a bit shocked to find she’s really a big spider!! IT’S A TRAP!!
