Gordon V. Hi, im really liking the girl character model. I have been trying to learn how to make models like some of the amazing things I see on here. Could you explain a little bit about your workflow for this character? For my last/first two models I started with the superaverage man model, imported into maya, where I built clothes and props for him. Then I exported to zbrush at the lowest level and just tried to sculpt the rest? But Im having mixed results, though my zbrush experience is still very limited.

I do alot of scetching over my proxies and parts of the model im currently working on. and gather alot of reference for everything. Reference is the key man! Just keep on practicing an be patient. In time you will get better! happy zbrushin!

Oh my gosh, another fantastic update. A clear case of twenty-four-seven-modeling syndrome. Shes looking awesome! Youre very good in designs with lot of details! The folds on the jacket need a little more work but I read that youre going to do that after posing. Im looking forward to seeing your next update!

benhobden\ Oh right now I have a lot of subtools. didnt took track of that. and im a bit lazy too count em all …… the upperbody of the alien is almoast at 2 million polygons. I will subdivide the bigger “hero” armorparts up to that level too and sculpt scratches etc on em!

Here is my current progress. Im now Texturing that guy! The challenge im doing it for ends in January soo i still have some time!
