Thanks for the critique. Every opinion helps me to get it to look right and if something is distracting you from the image it needs to be fixed, so Thanks. Your right the hand isnt the same has the head. Still have to give it the distressed knarly look of the head. As well as I have to add a chain to the pocket watch and have it drapping off his hand. This Render I was trying to get the cloak to look right.

I would like to introduce you to a job that I’m doing some tests and realized thanks to the help of Glenn, great guy and friend who helps me with your tutorial.

Working on a new Rig in Zbrush to Pose my Reaper easier. I was just testing it out and came up with this pose and just had to add details and finish it up. Enjoy

Here’s a Ghostly version of my previous Reaper. Blended the Shadow Pass and Diffuse Pass to get the effect, love how it Highlighted the Fibers. Enjoy

Playing around in Z last night. Seen people playing with Displacements and thought Id take a crack at it. Gonna add some more detail to it soon. Thanks Michalis for the displacement maps to get me started.

Working on a T-Shirt Design for a Racing Team and they wanted my Reaper Design, guess stick with what I’m good at lol. Rigged up a low-poly version That I made in Zbrush and rigged in Blender to Pose, exported back to Z to start on Details.
Still gotta ways to go, but I thought to show the progress. Still plan adding more tears and rips in the flag and robe, finally I’ll add my Hi Poly Skull in place of the low poly version.

Just randomly Stumbled across your thread…was liking the skulls and then I found your cloth tutorial…I was like…WOAHHHH…This is epic…I cant wait to give it a try!!! :+1:

Thanks Chris! Hope the cloth tutorial helps you with your next project.

very good. :+1:

beautyfull.
how’s this rendered?

zbrush can indeed be slow on this kind of stuff,
and it doesn’t use all resources available. (in my case only 8% processor at maximum)

Quick update. Added some displacement maps to the mesh, not actual geometry, just a bump for now. Still looks cool.

Thanks! Made the original mesh in TopoMod years ago then played with it in Zbrush

Your Welcome! Heck I’ve been playing with it since 2004 and still dont know everything lol. If you ever got a Question dont hesitate to ask, it a pretty open community here.

beautiful work congratulations:+1:

that’s crazy man.

OH MY GOD!

That is magnificent!
So is all your other stuff, but I know (thanks to you) how to do that last one!

Thanks!

Thanks!

Thanks! This model is fun to work with. Pixologic should get TopoMod program and integrate it into Zbrush or make a free program like they did with Sculptris. Ofcourse they need to update it a bit so it can handle higher polygon counts
without freezing up.

Got Displacement maps on all subtools now, looking pretty good. Thinking about a scene around it now. Might be awhile though.

holy friggin cow…
