Need help! There are few problems with topology. Will it be possible to fix problem areas on the retopology stage?
Whenever more than four edges converge to a point it creates the problem you are currently having.
Its manageable if five edges converge but it gets messier the more you edges you have, and If you use the smooth brush it only makes the problem worse.
What you should do is use the “smooth valance” brush (it was designed specifically for this problem).
Break with first sculpt, there is another one…

keep sculpting Moretz:)
hi, i liked your sculpt you called break. even though it was “only” a sketch and rough, it has lots of power and emotion…the pose alone tells a story, , ,
i enjoy to see you are still working on your portrait. i am not sure if you wish critique, so, in case not, please ignore my following…
i think you have captured the essential of the eye area, as well as the mouth. but the nose is lacking. it looks good from 3/4 view
but from front it looks too wide on the bridge.the foto does not cast shadows strongly here, so it is diifuclt to see, but my guess is the sculpt has too wide a nose bridge…
and, may be, this impression only comes from that your sculpt has the indent nose-lip (sorry i do notknow the english name for it) very prominent.
yes, she has it deep but the edges are soft. try soften these edges on your sculpt considerably, i would think it gives immediately much more likeness,
as it would tie togehter your good work on the eyes with the good work on the general shape of the mouth…
as said, if you do not wish critique, please ignore my saying completely, but your preservance is admired by me, thus my humble try to help…keep going strong
Thanks a lot! Of course I need critique. I`ve already lost any hope to hear it:) Will try to use all your recommendations
keep getting likeness… this reference i think shows lines of the face very well

very good start!
Just watch the underneath of the eyes shape, and maybe the chin is a bit extreme, but nice WIP!
nice work …and keep sculpting to improve your skills
Yes I do and thank you all! here an update and some reference. i think this one will help you to help me:)

Hello, I`m still here:) Here is some progress. As i see the shape of the nose is extremely incorrect, working on it. Please, need critic! thx)

Good likeness I could tell who it was from the thumbnail .
you are an artist so this won’t be easy , but try not to be to hard on your self .
it looks good .
just watch out for the perspective button it can really mess with your head .
Ps. eat one now save one for later .
Some polypaint:)
Nice stuff man. But something wrong with size of the eyeballs.
Thank you Daemon3d! i`m working on it. Here some renders with raw textures. just for fun:)

Keep testing with shader… i`m sorry for quality

Coming along nicely. I like the color on those lips.
Like it was already mentioned, the eye’s look off. I think its just the upper eyelid that needs some love, not the size of the eyes themself. The render that has hair looks closer to the subject than the one after it. The jawline seems to have changed between the two.
Keep going with it, the color is good stuff!
Not to be an ass, and I am by know means good. But here are some observations.

- Smooth
2.Sternomastoid runs from ear and attaches to clavicle. - Typically the lower lobe of ear is smaller, especially on a female.
- I think the forehead is to far ahead of the face.
- The angle of the nose is to far forward, check a different angle on your photo reference.
- Another profile issue, perhaps a correction to the forehead can fix this (this is subtle).
- Orbicularis is usually downward, not pulled to the rear.
- Though I see the likeness in your photo reference, i think this still needs a nudge up and back.
- Smooth the clavicle.
Again. I am not being an ass, and I am be no means a great artist, but sometimes a second eye helps. Great job, keep going.
