Nice traditional skills!, I like how looks all the volume of the sculpture!

i just visited your home page, (real great work) but now, i understand:
you put your son in front of your stuff …
and if not…
ok! i suicide myself

Seems to me that modeling from a block like this would be hard but you seem to do really well. Great work, it’s beautiful.

I’m inspired to do a full body sculpt from a block… but now I’m trying to get the image of carbonite Han Solo out of my head

SpiritDreamer: Thaanks man!

Sathanael: valeu cara! I think it’s harder doing by that way, but its more pleasurable and challenger! abracos!

asecbrush: thanks!!

artstudio3: hahaha thank you very much!! But I swear that is really my work, I dont have sons yet! :stuck_out_tongue: hahaha and dont go plant carrots, keep zbrushing!!

I hope you don’t mind, I’m posting some traditional stuff.
This’s a model that I’m doing with Clay, it’s still work in progress, but I’m almost finishing.
I hope you like it.

Next post will be digital stuff! :) [Wip%20copy.jpg[/ATT]%3Cbr%20/%3E%0A%3C/font%3E"]![Wip copy.jpg|1000x717](upload://iva07KecA0UyrWzUSiFZx0WqErj.jpeg)](http://%3Cfont%20color=%22#9A9A9A%22%3E[ATT=218348)

love it, bravo my friend

Incredible. You are gifted, no doubt.

I doubt this is something someone could just learn to do.

Impressive Work
I found here that you’ve done a lot of traditional studies this is thte way to perform a great work a nd art!
Keep Rocking like this man!
Cheers!:+1:

First photo that sculpt looked really big, it’s interesting how we perceive scale by relationship to other objects (and some other factors).

Great sculpt.

really nice sculpts! Are you taking lessons from Alex Alvarez? great works dude!

artstudio3: hahaha please, don’t hate me! :stuck_out_tongue:

Sinzalot: thaanks man!!

INFINITE: thanks a lot!! I think that if we have discipline to study/work and practice a lot, we can make whatever we want, someday I will arrive at this point… I hope so. :stuck_out_tongue: haha

Ardox: thank you very much man! I agree with you, traditional art is the way to improve our skills. thanks!

tobbeo: Thanks man! and I agree with you, it’s really interesting how we perceive scale by relationship to other objects.

Eidan: Thank you very much! No, I’m not taking lessons from Alex Alvarez. I’m taking traditional classes with Cicero Davilla.

Hi, today afternoon I started another sketch…There’s a lot of things to fix and sculpt yet. Maybe I will make a “composition”… I’m with a scene in my head, I wanna make this boy giving flowers to a girl, and a dog by their side.
Tomorrow I will finish this model and start the girl’s model…
I’m full of ideas in my head, I hope give them life this week. haha
I hope you like it…
thanks!

Honestly, I didn’t think this kind of sculpting was possible in Zbrush. I was just talking to a friend about how Renaissance scuplters chiseled and inch at a time from freaking marble to get the results they wanted. Thanx for the inspiration. I want to try this.

edit to add: would you be so kind as to record yourself doing one of these. I’d love to see how you get from point A to point Beautiful.
