snowkaren- for the texturing pipeline, ofcoz i can share it with you, usually i will texturing with polypaint for moster and beast characters, and bring back to photoshop to edit… for human characters and armor stuffs, i will 1st using the Image Plane 3 plugin ( super nice plugin, thanks for the creator marcus_civis ) for the face. and bake a normal map and cavity map ( now i like to use the shader 's cavity) to improve the details. for armor stuffs, i will sclupt all the details in zbrush and use the normal map as a start in photoshop,overlaying textures and paint manually with colour. same here will using a cavity map or shader cavity to improve the details ( dirt in the cut , darker colour in deep wricles etc) hope it helps you…
