Just saw your youtube upload.
First off even if the model doesn’t look exactly like the actor it’s still a believable portrait sculpt.
I noticed on your video that you work under near even light. Try switching to a light up and to the right/left. You will have to change the material on your sculpt to one that will respond to the light movement.
Note the shadow shapes your sculpt makes with this type of light and compare them to your model. These shapes reveal the major shapes of the model and his/her skull.

I usually try to switch matcaps often to get a better sense of forms, but i haven’t even been doing that as much recently 
I’ll definitely make an effort to switch back to normal materials and adjust lights more next time!
I finally got a chance to work on a little personal piece, so I made an ice cream girl since it’s been so hot out lately! i hope you dig it! I did a timelapse as well if anyone’s interested or just bored for 3 minutes or so!
