my congratz for your “insane” mind…

all your concept very cool…

man, post your PaintStop works

Hi Cherea, thank you… i hope to do something more interesting and finished one day

Cool concepts! I see you tried quicksketch too, amazing the ease and the flow of th brush, it’s like the software corrigates the human clumsiness.

Thanks Balage, this software is the only one if you want to get inspired simply using it!

Hi guys!
This is an image i made for “character forum speed paint challenge”, the goal was to create a new Star Wars related character :

i used photoshop for the final paint, but i made all the sketches with PaintStop , i simply love the pencil !!!, and i made a timelapse exploring different shapes:

And i chose the Sith girl…
I hope you like it (her  )

Thanks so much for posting your creative process. Its the most important thing I had to learn over again. That even a single idea needs to be explored for a while before something solid and fresh comes out of your efforts. Keep posting man.

thanks DAnconia, i think the same about the importance of methods in creative process. The only way to find a good piece is drawing more and more without losing time with details, trying to take the best from previous sketches and to apply that in the new ones. I will post more videos, so stay tuned if you think i can help

good character man:) :+1:

Thank you rodion vlasov!!!

Nice piece, thanks for linking to the PaintStop vids, I like’em a lot! :sunglasses: :+1: .

Thank you Etcher!!!

Another illustration i made for a contest : “Seven Wonders of the Ancient World”
I chose the statue of Zeus at olympia, and i used Zbrush for the main pieces:

a big thank you to Ryan Kingslien for the useful tips about rocks fast modeling in Zbrush !:+1: !!
Hope you like it, CU boys

Good luck for the contest

I like the Zeus piece…Maybe some lava running down the mountain/
volcano behind him, and also dripping over the edges of his perch,…down onto the landscape below…would tie the heavenly and earthly elements together more…just a passing thought that might be usefull to you.

Thank you Guti, my friend !
Thank you Spirit, the contest is closed…next time i will post something before the deadline so i can take in account your valuable advices too :+1:
