Ezra52 Sketches- Nudity? Maybe Later

Thanks Ezra!

your shadowbox work is really stunning! I hope you will share a tutorial or two… pretty please?

My 1st organic model and 1st character. Well actually my 2nd, the 1st of each was the hulk girl.I got the Eat3D ZB_4_Character Production tutorial by Michael Pavlovich earlier today. Hopefully, many of you will recognize the little sheriff guy.My 1st experience using some of the brushes that most of you are so familiar with like the standard, clays and a couple of others. I’ve never needed those with the hard stuff I’ve typically done. Very fun.I’m omly on the 2nd part of the tut but I have to say it’s really great so far.As always, I welcome any C & C but really just getting started on this little guy and know absolutely nothing about anatomy yet (on my long list of things to learn).TY usurper, I appreciate the kind comments about the shadowbox stuff. Please see my response to Gridlost just above your post for information on my shadowbox efforts and some links to folks, tutorials, that actually know what they’re doing with those shadowboxes.Eat 3D_Sheriff.jpg

Well, still working on the tutorial in my little bit of spare time.

Here’s me 1st real attempt at retopoing a model in Zbrush.

The 1st photo is the actual retopo and the model at level 2 afterwards and the last photo is the retopoed model with reprojection done and at level 6.

This is a great tutorial. Having a lot of fun and learning a little bit.

Have fun brushing everyone.

Working on the face and hands today.

Finaly ordered a Wacom tablet. The organic stuff is kinda of tricky to get good results with just a mouse. I think the pressure sensitivity will make a big difference. I hope so anyway. Anything to try and get around my lack of talent :).

In the meantime I started another hard surface model to work on while I wait for the tablet to arrive.

This is a concept Honda. It’s far from being done but it is starting to look like a bike.

Quote: “The organic stuff is kinda of tricky to get good results with just a mouse” -> ok, you’re as nuts as I am  , I tried to do the same when I first got ZBrush -> also, before using the Wacom, try sculpting with your touchpad (that’s what I also did for a year…), no, seriously; it’l be a huge diff -> sculpt like the wind dude :sunglasses:small_orange_diamond:+1:

Thanks for stopping by my thread Geert. I saw some of your 1st post where you commented on using the touchpad to sculpt with. Too funny, but actually those works still looked pretty dang good. I’m a huge fan of your work and tutorials and really looking forward to seeing the upcoming project you mentioned you’ve been working on in your spare time lately. That time thing is always the enemy isn’t it.

Ezra

Nice works!
I’m really looking forward to see more from you.

Thank you Shepard, I appreciate your visiting my thread.

Here’s an update. I really wish I could work with the kind of speed Pointpusher and his friends have.

As always C & C welcome.

Have fun Zbrushing

Ezra

Just a different render using an HDR image from the nice folks at this site brought to our attention by our own Zber2. Thanks Zber.

I forgot to add the site I got the HDR from

Enjoy all

The model is great, your hard surface is so clean!
I think that the only thing that looks a little wierd, is the material, but the model is fantastic!
Definitely 5 stars.

Thanks for the feedback Shepard. I agree with you concerning the material.

I was able to get a little time to make the saddlebags today but I ended up having to do the base mesh in Blender.
One of the few things I haven’t been able to get Zbrush to do what I wanted with hardsurface. Everything else is 100% Z.
Probably my last post for a while, I’m off to go work the storms in Texas.

Of course C&C always welcome.

Have fun Zbrushing everyone. See you when I get back.

Really nice work on the bike Ezra! Great choice of HDR background too!

Thanks so much voodoodad, I appreciate the kind words.

Ezra

Nice concept!!!:+1: But i think maybe need more parts on motorbike. And make more beautiful render.

Thanks Fabrico but I can’t take credit for the concept. It’s a concept bike by Honda. Here’s the real concept bike.

I agree that it needs more parts. I’ve gone off to work for a while so had to stop working on it until I get back home.
Then I’ll finish it. Maybe :)). Unless I,ve become interest in something else by then.

I love the column that you did Fabrico. Your very talented.

Ezra

A new wip I’m playing with.

Shelby Wheel Render.jpg

Having fun with the new release.

Ezra

Just a few refinements on this little Shelby WIP using some of the new 4r4 tools like the transpose improvements that MAH has been so kind as to enlighten us about.

Thanks all, have a great weekend of playing with the new release. As always C&C always appreciated.
