look at that just beautiful marc
A bird in the hand is better than ten birds in the air. Lovely work again. Iāve always got a soft spot for monochromatic art. The absence of colour emphasizes the shapes.
Thank you Vahid - because it was created in a state of flow Iāve spent the morning taking reminder notes so I can build on the techniques discovered and control them for future work. I find myself tingling/excited because itās a synthesis of how I used to sometimes work in 2.5D translated fully in to 3D.
Thank you Metin. I did consider using subtle colourations but then decided that it would be more evocotive if the colours were implied in the imagination of the viewer.
Glad you like the monochrome choice.

Beautiful piece of art Boozy!!
Love it Mark! Playful and atmospheric. Love the dreamy aspect of your work, like a modern-day Rousseau.
Thank you Mikael and thank you Metin.
Much appreciated.
Something cheery for December .

Beautiful, Mark! I love the sketchiness and the flow, itās visual poetry.
[Note to self: buy ginger biscuits for a possible artistic boost]
Many thanks Metin .
As for biscuits may I suggest a selection box - that way you can experiment in ways fluid with your mood.
Thanks for the advice, Mark. Donāt tell anyone else please, or ginger biscuits might become a new drug among artists, yielding ginger biscuit rehab clinics and forcing ginger biscuits into the clandestine circuit, raising prices and causing the quality to deteriorate.
Next thing - war on biscuits
Edit: Iām afraid the ginger biscuit gods are already intervening, disallowing me to use proper emoticons.
Truly Ginger works in mysterious way.
And so do you, Mark!
I love this latest pic.
Have you never been attracted by PaintStop and all its illustrative, swishy swoshy potential? It is ZBrushās perversely 2D sub-package, sneakily lurking in the Documents menu. Iām a big fan!
I second this. PaintStop is one of those hidden ZBrush gems, a surprisingly versatile 2D paint module thatās hidden in the comprehensive ZBrush UI.
