'Email does not match Serial key' error message when attempting Web Activation

he describes working through another error… the email error has not been beaten yet.

That’s true, but using that procedure you can get a new serial number to use on the activation screen - you can get as many as you like - my original serial didn’t work but the new one does, I’m registered & activated now at last.

As an aside, I think when it says the email address ‘doesn’t match’, what it actually means is that the email address and the serial number don’t match - ie the number you were originally sent isn’t right. You can type in any old numbers into that serial number box and it will give you the same ‘email doesn’t match’ error - it’s just a badly worded way of saying wrong serial, try again.

I gave up and did the email registration.

I just completed the process pointed to by michalis above and it worked for me.
Z4 is now activated for me and I was getting the incorrect email error.

All you have to do is reorder the upgrade and get the new serial number and everything works.

I tried to follow the instructions but there is no buy cd button… and so I can’t get a new number.

All I did was follow these instructions to the letter.

I would like to mention though in my previous post I just submitted the email registration and by the time I finished reordering the upgrade I had my activation code . . . but didn’t need it.:smiley:

followed the instructions, haven’t heard anything since 7 am this morning. my thread in there has a bunch of views but no successful help. tech support gone dead /offline :frowning:

Don’t know if I’m doing this right, but all I’m getting is PAGE INVALID.

Link is broken… no buy cd button so the instructions won’t work for me???

NVM, I clicked on ORDER CD from the email I got AFTER registering this morning and that was able to take me to the page where you can reorder the download and gave me a new serial key. With this new key I was able to activate.

Still having the same problem as everyone else here. I don’t know how many more times I should bother trying. I did send another email regarding the problem about 3 hours ago. I just hope I’m in the system somewhere.

The above directions worked for me too after not being able to use my original serial after about 12 attempts!

Thanks for whoever came up with that. That solved the Mismatched Email Address.

If anyone runs into the Cleverbridge Message “Problem appeared delivering…” just redo the steps again (re-ordering the free upgrade).
Took me two times but then it worked.

Lol I tired that and was back to the “There has been a problem while processing your delivery.”, plus when I try to activate the website is not available, and of course phone support is shut down, and the email activation does not work…i’m going from mildy annoyed to slightly pissed.

No word from support yet either…

Hey Quentin.

I had that too (twice actually). Click again on Order CD, and go to your Delivery History. Select the FIRST ORDER (basically the one that was send out on Monday, Tuesday or whenever). Than click on the re-deliver again. You do not need to wait for the email. Just re-try activating with your serial straight away if the delivery problem notice disappeared.

If you get the “There has been a problem while processing your delivery” again, repeat these steps as long as it takes :slight_smile:
3 times was the charme here.

(oh and you might want to wait a minute or two inbetween)
