Some detail to the lips to beter catch light.
Some displacement to the brows to imply hairs.
A litte more distinction between brow and the beginning of what becomes the eyelid.
Other than those suggestions, duplicate the material and add specualrity then repaint the more oily parts of the face.
From many posts previously, from many people, these things will make your wonderful character pop.
If it’s realisitc, then details matter, if it’s stylized then they are not as necessary.
thank you everyone for comments and jason b for your suggestions. i will refine the head when i’m done the crown, i wanted to take a break frm it, i was risking getting sick of it…but i do hope to achieve some realism in the final img.
here’s what i’ve done to the crown so far…it’s still quite a bit “empty” looking, i’m planning on sculpting on some more hieroglyphics and things. i finally found a material that i like so…here it is. thanx again everyone for viewing and comments.

Yeah that will look cool on her head. It was posted that the hat looked large, well I do not think so. Especially when you look at the era and the weight carried on the head in the region and similar regions by the masses. The crown would have been a clean symbol of the common person to show the heirarchy. So I like it! 
This crown rocks, maybe some more details(as u said) would make it look more “rich” ,waiting for more updates.Excellent so far
