Dynamesh Subtracting a Subtool ?

Hey guys,
I was wondering how would one go about subtracting a subtool from a mesh?
I know it is possible with Dynamesh and the “Insert Mesh” tool to combine or subtract another mesh though I need to do it with a subtool instead because the subtool is already located exactly where I need the subtraction to occur.

Hi Gordon, thanks for the reply.
In that tutorial what he basically does is use the insert mesh brush to insert the subtracting mesh and then he manually re-positions it which is a solution though I have many subtools which I need to use that on and it’s very much a pain in general…
I’m assuming there is no other way for now?

I think that’s the point of the tutorial. At the moment, there is only a work around.
