Great sculpt cherub, i have no clue who he is maybe i grew up on the wrong
side of the iron curtain or am too young 
Really like the sketch style that makes it look right even when the ear
for example is so blobby.
Don’t know him either but it’s a great sculpt nevertheless.

Here’s an update on the boss battle boss, going back and forth from bone to muscle to skin to get it all to fit. When I’m done with that I’ll do the retopo and change the face almost completely to something more frightening
