I think the lighting on this one might be a little better.
This is much better. The contrast helps a lot to read the scene.
All I, and that’s purely a matter of taste, would do is to create some segments on the disk behind the cat. Just faint color differences. Ir a spiral. Same color, just a tick darker. So the poor thing doesn’t look empty. Or knifes and blood splatter but I guess that doesn’t really fit… Except it’s a special version for Ron hahaha.

Thx lemonnado, I’ll give it a try. The stars I had originally were too distracting but I do like the cloud effect 
How about this instead, looks a bit like stretched cloth.

Funny you should mention that. I had planned on doing that at one point. Might put him in, since they are both juggling food.

I will probably revisit this and I think you are right about the mice in front, I might not take them out but make them smaller or place them differently. I was wondering for the sake of composition if the juggling mouse might not go better on the other side? (altho where you placed it works)
Anyway, I am into modeling my fire breathing alligator, so that will have to wait for at least a few days
