For the…erm…titties, I would suggest pushing the surrounding skin under, so you really get the feeling that they are sagging over other bits of flesh, not that they’re just designed that way. I would also make the shape more triangular.

You’ll see that this man’s breasts aren’t quite perfectly rounded, they kind of droop down at one point and quickly slope up to connect at the armpit (though technically his breasts aren’t caused by fat but by the presence of breast tissue).
As for his belly folds, I think they look pretty solid straight on, but in the 3/4 view they very closely follow the contours of what appears to be a ribcage, so you kind of get the impression that he just has a very large ribcage. I would recommend introducing some irregularity by making some strokes that don’t flow with the current contours. Don’t go overboard, just shake things up a bit. You may also want to soften some of the folds up and enhance others, again, to get that globby, non-uniform quality of fat.
