Answered: creating custom Layers palette problem

Hi, I am trying to re-create the 3d Layers palette for docking in a custom menu. Works properly as I am creating the custom menu, but when I start zbrush again. The layer subpalette I made only shows one layer in ALL 8 slots. Picture below. I deal with alot of layers so I want to keep it open.

The dynamic scrolling interface elements like the sculpting layers list and SubTools list cannot currently be successfully incorporated into a custom palette.
