If you were to recommend a Mac setup for ZBrush what would it be? I’m thinking a beefed up tower, a nice Cinema Display, and a Wacom Tablet (Or perhaps instead of a Cinema Display just a Wacom Cintiq?)
I haven’t even adapted to the 3.5 r3, and here comes #4. I’m not satisfied, it’s just too soon I vote bad, as in badass

Unbelievable, literally. I’m confused, I am unable to not to give the doubt benefit, but… this is painful, like a childbirth… and I like a lot!!!.
I’m desiring to see the feature list, a read in it, between surprises, Spotlight.
CUDA (and Stream) use GPUs, but not in the same way you are thinking. There are software renderers running on GPUs currently, as there are physics engines and other things. The real question is whether their software renderer would actually benefit from any GPU usage.
Great to see a release date and PC/Mac parity. What about Spotlight?

I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t get a lot of info on big features and demos until Siggraph at the end of the month, perfect time as part of their new feature demos.

doh!! Should have looked before I leaped eh? So that leads to the next question about there being no Softimage GoZ support.
Why? Are there technical hurdles that cannot be overcome or is it merely a matter of time constraints before launch date?
