Thanks Support. Didn’t mean to block up this thread. I did submit a ticket and I called Cleverbridge. Again, my apologies.
I received the mail too. After Cleverbridge form, and receive my Cleverbridge reference number, in the new mail, besides my reference number, I can read (not exactly, translated from spanish to english):
We felt communicate that during the shipping we get a problem. Although we’re trying to solve this technical difficulty, perhaps we may have to call the Software maker (Pixo), thing that could make delays of 1 or 2 workable days (Usually the problem should be solved much before). We’ll contact with you as soon as possible.
Well, and no download link in any place!.
That’s Great. Apotheosis week in Cleverbridge & Pixo!.
Appears after the end, all the major work gonna be for the pixo support service… that right now haves the servers felt down!.
yeah I got same e-mail… I understand waiting for first e-mail but now more waiting for fixing this while people around are playing with their new toy
Totally Agree. I don’t understand this “second wait”. The system has crashed in one day and other half?.
still waiting…no email, i guess the old lady operating the crank isnt my fan : /
Courage man! You are not alone )
Still waiting for the first email and wondering if my lady cranking the handle on the giant cage filled with Cleverbridge etched wooden balls story is the reason I’m still waiting.
Katherine Dewey. . .pretty much a ZBrush noob who hasn’t done anything save a coupl’a dozen heads, a coupl’a bas reliefs and a coupl’a nudes, hence won’t know what to do with Z4 anyways so’s she can wait a little longer, can’t she? Yeah.

Well imagined
While I wait Im doing this useful exercise, Im sculpting in ZB 3.5 and trying to to imagine how I could be using the new features of ZB4 to improve so many aspects of my modeling. I then go watch over and over the new features videos. its very very depressing /cry
Guys, Finally I’ve received the mail with the link.
Let me tell you a little thing:
Yesterday I received the mail from Cleverbridge, with my new Cleverbridge reference number, and in place of my download link and Z4 serial number, a message of “there is an error with your license”.
After write them an e-mail tell to me that “Pixologic was getting problems with activation keys”. The Pixologic server was felt down, so although we get Zbrush 4, with the servers felt down, its impossible to make the web registration and unlock Zbrush.
Finally this morning (for me, in Spain), I got the mail with the download and my serial number… and the servers of Pixologic works again (because when I received the mail, was 4 o’clock in LA, surely they were sleeping).
The conclusion I see is: Patience, if you felt down the servers, the only thing you gonna get is a new day of wait.
C’mon people, I’m pretty sure you gonna access Z4 soon!. Patience!.
Well it’s not that smooth road for me …
First I couldn’t download zb4 because of this cleverbrige meltdown.
So I waited another day for their new e-mail with download link…
Today I received download link but… when trying to register license I got wrong e-mail error and information form support that I got to send them my new serial number so they cen update info on their server so I can get my zb4 running !!! Really I’m patience guy but this is really pushing my buttons…
You’re not alone. E-mail error too… after wait the new e-mail with download link. Suffering is beautiful, brother.
I’m gonna for support…
Respect the E-mail error:

It took me about a dozen tries, but it worked eventually.

… still waiting …
Pixo servers has felt down again… Currently 3.30 am in La. So, you can forget register Z4 till the dawn, maybe in 5 or 6 hours we can try again…
What really happened was this:
The woman over-cranked and the cage spun off its axis, spilling wooden balls onto the floor. They’re everywhere – under the table, under the ratty old chair in the corner, behind the wastebasket, beneath the water cooler, everywhere. Minions are scrambling to pick them up, but minions are painfully slow as they lack opposable thumbs.
Katherine Dewey, still waiting, but having fun while she does.
All installed hassle free in less than 5 mins from download.Vista 64 :)))THANKS pixologic once again!
still waiting… /cry
