where is the link to download of ZB4?
I thought Zbrush 4 supposed to come out today. I can’t find it anyway. am I missing where it is? :o
I got an email from Cleverbridge with my Reference Number etc., my issue is that I registered on Pixologic’s Support Center and haven’t received an “account creation” verification email…to confirm the actual email address.
There are no emails for the support center, once you receive your Cleverbridge info you create a support account and simply fill out the area titled “my account” with your Cleverbridge info that’s about it. It automatically gets saved in their permanent records and you can change/edit it whenever.
Anyone got the link to download for new users of ZB4??
C’mon… It’s not even lunchtime in LA yet (By about 2 minutes) so still another 12 hours of August 9th to go. - There’s more to the world than Europe
If I had to guess I’d say they’ll go for a mid-late afternoon release, between 2-4pm Californ’o’clock, so another 2-4 slow and twitchy hours.
'Course… May not actually get that sweet upgrade email for a few days, but here’s hoping.

It was kind of pixo to at least release this just after Starcraft II came out so we all have something to do while waiting so patiently (or impatiently )

The Confirmation mail needs 10-30minuntes time to travel from pixo to you
I am in the same position ! I registered just a couple of hours ago but no email has been sent. Hopefully it will sort itself out ASAP.
As an aside - I hadn’t even appreciated I had to register for support to get notification of and access to updates. I had just assumed that because I had installed and activated 3.5 that they knew who I was !

prophet74, stop worrying. You’re not alone. If you need to contact with Pixo we can help you, but understand the mess should be right now. In the worst case, you’ll get Zbrush the next week (and consider lucky, I was waiting a month when I purchased Zbrush, there was some errors with the mail… at the end, any problem).
So, I understand that when we pay something, we want the product instantly, but… welcome to digital distribution.
Man, if Wednesday of the next week you still be like now, I’ll send to pixo a message in you name. Don’t worry, be easy and patience.

I’m not expecting ZB4 today, I’m just wanting my support account to be activated so I can enter my Cleverbridge reference and get my account setup.
If I hit “lost password” it sends me my password, but I can’t login to my support account at all with it.
I’ll keep looking.
