I have too the cleverbridge info of Zbrush 3.1 purchase, I don’t think that gonna be necessary change it, after all, doesn’t matters you be customer of 3.5 or 3 or 3.1, being customer should be enough
 and anyone should take neither our own cleverbridge number (3 or 3.5 ones), so if it was important, I would expect a clearing about.

If you never upgraded to 3.12 for Mac or 3.5 for PC: you will not be included in the list of automatic upgrades. Please submit a Support ticket and choose the Upgrades department. In your ticket, include any information that can help us locate your old account

QUESTION- Can zb 3.5R3 ztool files load into zb 4.0?

Simple answer, yes. Not backward compatibe though, as far as I know

We have a knowledgebase article [COLOR=White]HERE that should cover all eventualities. Don’t worry about what your Support account might currently show. If you currently use ZBrush 3.12 or higher then you will be sent the upgrade instructions. The only way you would not receive them is if your email address has changed since you got your current version, and even then only if you never notified Support so that we could update your account. In that case (which should be quite rare) you will need to submit a support ticket next week, after all upgrade emails have been sent.

Please keep in mind also that the servers are lighting up like Christmas trees with all the site hits today. Pages might take longer than usual to load, and the sites may occasionally go down unexpectedly.

I’m not sure if this is the place to post this, but I purchased ZB4 Saturday night. I registered on the “support center” and haven’t received an email verification from the registration, so I can’t login. Things like this usually come right through. Is there a wait time on creating a support account?

That’s just odd, some of us however didn’t buy direct but rather through resellers. The place of purchase should have sent you an email straight away, I remember buying 3.5 and receiving 4 emails right after purchase lol. If you have a support account send a ticket, but don’t address it as “Upgrading” or “Z4” rather something like “Request Assistance New Purchase” hope that helps.

Don’t worry, all will go ok. Its only right now pixo haves a mess considerable. Be patient.

I got an email from Cleverbridge with my Reference Number etc., my issue is that I registered on Pixologic’s Support Center and haven’t received an “account creation” verification email
to confirm the actual email address.
