Thanks Etcher. Always welcome here
They are actually 2 models. The second is of course derived from the first and is very similar but there are differences. the whole idea is to leave it open whether this is one person and his alter ego , if you will or 2 bodies, or 2 which are one, or one which are two or⦠well⦠you get the point
Impressed Julian.
Just a thought: The bed. You could try a more simple yet heavy textured form. Not from baconās paintings but more suitable to zbrush world.
A very strong composition here.
I already voted.
Thank you Michalis. To be honest, I really wanted that bed bleak as it is
So⦠here are the last 2 for now. Moving on to something differentā¦

Really enjoying the journy that youāve entered into while exploring Z Brush as a means to achieve fine art Julian style.
The tension or better yet synergy between 3D and 2D and the possibilities to explore it in new ways has never been greater, due to all of this new technology available nowā¦Opens up a whole new frontier of personal expression in art, which is something that doesnāt happen to often in the course of time and art.
Anyway, Itās great to see you cutting a fresh and what is your own path through the jungle of this new frontierā¦

That is awesome Julian, turned out fantastic.
Would love to see it as a turntable with some scratchy lighting fx, your paint texture swimming slowly across his body, the carcass twitching occasionally in the back there, things writhing in the matress⦠(errrrm, Iāve said enough)
Donāt do requests? ⦠canāt say I blame you

@RawSunlight - Iād actually love to do something like that, if had the time right now.
Generally I would be interested exploring the possibilities of a moving picture as in really just one image/camera in which a certain movement which can be looped is contained, so it can be endlessly moving slightly but without giving you that feeling of watching a monotonous loop that starts to become unnerving after a while.
Alas⦠there is just so little time and so much to doā¦
The tryptichon is very good; would be awesome to see that printed out on canvas (big size!) and wall mounted! Quote:āAlas⦠there is just so little time and so much to doā¦ā I hear you man⦠ .
Stunning! Youāve done it again! You totally captured that world that Francis Bacon created, the oppressive atmosphere, just beautiful!
Very nice work. Good choice ! and top row stuff for me, it is good to see some work with influences of a great painters .

Gerudir, thanks a lot. I really like your fatman character.
I thought I had seen it all ⦠until now ⦠never seen a style like yours - that is not a negative either - great work - keep it coming!
very inspiringā¦so Lucien Freud next? Seriously though, youāve paid homage to one of my favorite artists and have done his work justiceā¦absolutely beautiful. It would be awesome to see a 180 degree turntable of some of your scenes. small_orange_diamond
