You are one heck of a photographer… I mean sculptor! That is superb. But I think the render would have looked more real, and the hair much more real, if rendered in Modo. Beautiful though, in this Vray image.
Congrats for top row, well deserved !
However i have two minor critics.
First one are the eyebrows and lashes which seems to have different material than hairs on beard and head.
Other is shirt which looks bit sharpen than rest of render , maybe different aliasing or something not sure, is it photo?
Besides that minor details this is best cg human i have ever seen !

here is a little update, less reflection on the eyes.
mohdmistry : the hair was done with Hairfarm, a plugins for max. I rendered them with the scanline them comped into photoshop. Hairfarm have nice pass for hair,shadows etc.
Marco Splash : I used some alpha that I found over zbrush central, less then ten alpha. I did not did retopo on this head, no need cause I had done a clean mesh in 3dsmax ( used one of my old generic mesh). I did use the store morph target to generate the displacements maps.
