Seeking critique on tribal/alien female model

Still early days with this model, but any general feedback in regards to the proportions/general design?
I wanted her to have realistic anatomy but also slightly alien-esque hence the long neck and large head shape
Do these ideas work or does it take away from the believeability? (yet to add the feet!)

Any critical feedback would be very much appreciated
