When I try to login at the login screen, I am told my username or password is wrong. I know it is correct. To get in I must use the email option where you send me a link. That works fine. How can I get the login problem corrected?
Since you’re logged in and posting here, I assume that you are having issues with an older account that was brought across from the old ZBC?
The new ZBC has enhanced security, which means that your old password will not work. You must do a password reset. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to log in fine with the new password.
If you still have trouble, I’ll need to know what the ZBC user name in question is.
