Another render using wet clay and wax preview. Also added a subtle amount of surface nose to the tongue.
A couple of different mat cap renders also painted in some eyes to give a bit more soul to this character concept. What do you think?

Nice work you have here Laurie… love the spoiled brat. Bronze study is marvelous as well.
I think the wrinkles around the "Scary thing"s mouth are bit too random, like they’re not there for a reason. And maybe the inside of the mouth is a bit too generic. I would suggest smoothing it and sculpt a few details in but generally keep it smooth so the teeth and the bumpy/wrinkly head pops out.

I have tried to add some more detail to eyes; wrinkles & pupil.
I added a few subtle details veins and moles to try to break up the symmetry.
Quick Polypaint and render test for the skin.
