TopMod does rock!

A little weird/steep learning curve, but I’m getting my head around it. Zbrush loves the TopMod meshes.

Lemo keep this Knot model for me, I will use it when creating your character for the zcomic… :wink:

Thanks to all for your contributions!

Frenchy Pilou: didn´t see that before,but i´ll check it out ,

thanks for the tip.

Ron Harris: you´re welcome :smiley: ,and i´m looking forward to see

that scene.

lemonnado:the materials are jantim´s rusty metal and white

iron :stuck_out_tongue: ,but thanks anyway.

Blaine91555: you´re welcome too.

Thanks again to anyone ,got to eat some more knotwurst

now , J.:lol:

Cool try :cool: maybe the first of a long serial? :slight_smile:

@BAs : you have forgotten to pull the water! :slight_smile:

I only did the alphas for the knotwork in MS Paint, though. :rolleyes:

BAS! I was trying to eat my lunch! :lol: :lol: :lol:

For those interested in Groboto, version 2.0 is available for download as of today;

Groboto

It’s available for the first time on the PC.

OK, I changed the color of my knot, I think it’s more friendly now. It is real fun to see the way we look at a brown knot. Repeating the shape of a knot can be beautiful but looking at a single knot with a different background… flush it or (knotwurst) eat it.

@Blaine91555
Hahaha, you live in the wrong part of the world, my lunch is gone and I go to sleep :lol:

I can almost smell the iron. Great Job!
:+1: :+1: :+1:

Frenchy Pilou - Nah, not really a series, just really trying to wrap my head around creating ZBMats.

Thanks lemonnado & MatrixMode. This is a very cool TopMod mesh! :smiley:

WingedOne:That´s nice.And provided that you painted it

yourself it´s better than using a knot-generator ,at least

from my point of view.:wink:

Thanks again lemo .

Wow, you are truly talented at that, I love seeing all the different knotwork, and how welll you make everyone look.

National Geometrics:Strange geometry dumped into the oceans can provide artificial reefs which are readily accepted by the Lopygon, a subd fish species. :wink:

Here is the model and a UV map tif. ZBrush does not load that tif. So you have to use PS or something else. I tend to load it, create a second layer and fill that with the objects base color, then I adjust opacity to 95-98% so the UV mapping shines trough without affecting the drawing. When I wish to save the texture map, I set it back to 100% and the UV map guides vanish for that purpose. Viva la layers!
